Whereas the Reverend Christopher Rawes Durrant Rector of the parish of Freston in the county of Suffolk, seized in right of his said Rectory of a certain piece or parcel of Glebe Land, situate in the said of parish and containing three acres one rod and nine perch.

And whereas Lavina Georgina Dalrymple of Freston, spinster, is seized of the fee simple in possession seven acres three rods and 20 perch.
