I Harry GOUGH of Endfield in the county of Middlesex Esquire do make and publish this to be my last Will and Testament (that is to say) I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth GOUGH her heirs executors and administrators for her and their own proper use and benefit for ever all my Estate freehold and copyhold Real and Personal Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality so ever which I am and shall at the time of my death be seized or possessed of, interested in or entitled unto.

And I do make my said Wife sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and Guardian of my son Richard GOUGH during his minority and I recommend my said son and my daughter to care of my said Wife.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirtieth day of April in the 17th year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in in the year of our Lord  1744. H GOUGH.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the testator Harry GOUGH as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses there J TULLY, JNO LAVERICK, Samuel ROBINSON.

My desire to be buried by my children in Saint Andrews Holborn in a private manner with some of my servants attending me. H GOUGH .

This Will was proved at London the twenty third day July in the year of our Lord 1751 before the Worshipful George HAY Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful John BETTESWORYH also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissionary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Elizabeth GOUGH Widow the relict of the deceased and sole executrix in the said Will named to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn duly to Administer.
