“The Bishop of Guildford was fined £4 and costs at Guildford yesterday for exceeding the speed limit at Wanborough and driving a motor-car without a licence. The Bishop did not deny that he was travelling too fast, but said that with the best intentions it was difficult to maintain the ncessary vigilance.
