Humbly complaining showeth unto your good Lordships your Orator Thomas CROMPTON Esquire that whereas your said Orator did [?] that is to say in Trinity term in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred fifty and [eight?] //
By Bill of Compliant unto this honourable Court against Robert HARLOW William STYDOLFE and Edward ANDREWS his wife formerly by the wife of Pedaell HARLOWE esquire deceased hereby setting forth that whereas heretofore that is to say in or about the month of August //
In the second year of the reign of the late King Charles the said Pedaell HARLOW intended to purchase diverse messuages lands tenements and hereditaments situate and lying in the parishes of Wanborrow [Wanborough] and Ash in the County of Surrey //
There to fore the lands of one Michael HEYDON gent that is to say one Capital Messuage or tenement thereto fore built by one Thomas WINSTON one messuage or tenement called Cossins and all barns stables outhouses structures and appurtenances //
