I Ursula HINDE of London Widow being in health of body and of sound memory thanks be to God and ? to make my Last Will and Testament do now make declare the same as followeth. Imprimus.
I do Will and order that the five hundred pounds stocking which my late husband Morgan HINDE esquire was bound to pay after my death unto such persons I should appoint shall be paid by his executors unto Mr Hope PARKWOOD his executors and Administrators according as I have appointed by a writing for that purpose under my hand and seal bearing ? date with these presents.
Item I give and bequeath my ? jewels wearing clothes money and all other my goods and chattels (after my just debts and funeral charges are paid) unto my two Nieces Martha COCK and Rebecca COCK their executors or Administrators only. I do hereby order them to give my Maid Mary LONGDEN if living one after my death such part of my wearing clothes as I shall direct by any note under my hand and my said Nieces shall deliver my diamond Ring to such person as I shall appoint in and by the same note.
Item I make and constitute my said Nieces Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Ursula HINDE have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 9th day of July in the year of our Lord 1715. Ursula HINDE. Signed sealed published and declared the testatrix as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed as witnesses in her presence Ralph SAY, Elizabeth DAVIS, Mary BORHAM.
To all people to whom this present writing shall come I Ursula HINDE of London Widow and relict of Morgan HINDE late of London Esquire deceased send Greeting. Whereas my said late husband by the name of Morgan HINDE of the parish of St Andrews Holborn London Brewer did by his bond or obligation under his hand and seal dated on or about the seventh day of October AD 1704 ? Bound unto Hope PARKWOOD of Cheshunt in the County of Hertford.

? in one thousand pounds lawful money of England with condition the ? written to the effect following vizt That the said Morgan his heirs executors or Administrators should within twelve months after my death well and truly pay or cause to be paid all and every such sum or sums of money not exceeding five hundred pounds Sterling to the person or persons (or to his her or their executors or Administrators) to whom I the said Ursula should during the coverture or at any time or times afterwards give bequeath or dispose the same by my Last Will or by any other writing under by hand and seal, sealed in the presence of two or more credible witnesses and that in such sort and manner as I should order and in all things according to the true intent and meaning of my said Will or Writing as by the said recited obligation and condition may at large appear. Now know yes that I the said Ursula HINDE do my this my present writing under my hand and seal give bequeath dispose order and appoint the said sum of five hundred pounds sterling to be well and truly paid according to the said obligations and condition unto the said Hope PARKWOOD his executors or Administrators. In trust that he or they shall within seven days after his or their receipt thereof divide and pay the same in manner following that is to say one hundred and fifty pounds part thereof unto my niece Martha COCK, one hundred pounds part thereof unto my niece Rebecca COCK, one hundred a part thereof unto my nephew James COCK, ten pounds other part thereof unto my son Obadiah BURNETT , five pounds other part thereof unto my loving friend Mr NEALE and one guinea to his wife to buy her a ring another guinea part thereof to my loving friend Mrs PARKWOOD to buy her a ring, one guinea part thereof to my son Mr Benjamin HINDE, another guinea part thereof to my daughter Miss Elizabeth HINDE, and guinea part thereof to my granddaughter Miss Mary HINDE to buy each of them a ring, twenty pounds other part thereof to my maid Mary LONGDON and if of the Donees or other persons aforesaid to whom I have hereby ordered any part of the said five hundred pounds shall happen to die before the expiration of eleven days after the said Hope PARKWOOD or his executors shall have received the said five hundred pounds then all and every the part and parts herein ? ordered or given to him her or them so dying shall goo be paid unto my said nieces and nephew or such of them three as shall be then living share and share alike. The residue of the said five hundred pounds I order and appoint to be divided and paid as followeth vizt sixteen pound part thereof to such persons or other uses as the said Hope PARKWOOD or his executors shall see good or as I shall direct him before my death, ten guineas other part thereof the said Hope PARKWOOD his executors or administrators shall retain to his and their own use for his and their trouble and care in this trust. And thirty two pounds seventeen shillings and six pence residue of the whole (after the said Hope his executors or Administrators shall have there out first deducted and taken all his and their charges expenses in and about this business shall be paid to my said two nieces and to my said nephew and to the survivor or survivors of them.
In witness whereof the said Ursula HINDE have to this my present writing set and hand and seal this 9th day of July AD 1715. And in the first year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith. Ursula HINDE sealed and delivered the paper being first stamped with three six penny stamps
