In the name of God Amen. I Richard HINDE of Galliwood Common in the parish of Great Baddow in the County of Essex Esquire being of sound mind and understanding do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say I hereby order and direct all just debts and funeral expenses to be paid so soon as convenient after my decease. All and singular Real Copyhold and other estate of what nature and kind soever the same ? and where soever the same be, I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my after [?] wife Elizabeth HINDE and to her heirs for ever. I also give and bequeath unto her my said Wife all and singular my money securities for money, arrears of rent, household goods, plate, linen, chattels and effects and all other personal and real estate of what nature or quality so ever which I die possessed or any way entitled to in possession Reversion or Remainder.   And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole executrix of this my Will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of January 1760. Richard HINDE. Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Richard HINDE as and for Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto in the presence of the said testator and each other, the words “and deal”  being first interlined. This Will was proved at London the fifteenth day of October in the year our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty eight [1768] before the Right Worshipful George HOY? Also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissionary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Elizabeth HINDE Widow the relict of the deceased and sole executrix named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and credits of the said deceased she having been first sworn duly to administer.
